Death and taxes

Those are the only two things that are certain, right? I thought it was the case, but apparently it’s not, as taxes seem to be optional.
My question is this: Did any senior members of the Obama administration actually pay their taxes on time? Apparently, Geithner and Daschle did not.
Dear Barack,
I thought you promised us change? Between all the lobbyists being appointed to high positions in the no-lobbyists-allowed government and the apparently epidemic “confusion” on taxes, all I’m seeing at this point is more of the same. At least Shrub was pretty much up front about not caring about the rules.
