The road to 13.1: One of those days

First, the numbers:
Run #15: 4 miles, 42:49, 10:42.2/mile
I didn’t have a particularly good run this morning. I’m not happy with my pace. Granted, a month ago, I’d have been happy with this pace, but it’s not a month ago, and I’m not happy. Unfortunately, today’s run pretty much set the stage for the rest of my day.
Maybe tomorrow will be a better day. Maybe Thursday will be a better run.
