Okay, so that’s not exactly how Eminem’s “Without Me” starts, but it seemed appropriate to make the slight change in this entry. After two weeks of doing nothing but being sick, I made my return to athletic pursuits today with a short run around town. I could definitely tell that I hadn’t run in a couple of weeks, but I’m glad to have returned. My little 5k jaunt took just 29:26 to complete, but it was an important 5k.

I missed you. I’m glad I have returned to you. You let me go, and I returned; therefore, I must love you.
